APM virtual assistant

What is a Virtual Assistant?

I couldn’t tell you the number of times I have been asked what a Virtual Assistant (VA) does and how it works!  I still think it’s an area that people are unsure of and therefore don’t understand it.

In a nutshell, a VA supports you and your business on a remote basis by taking responsibility for your administration and works with you to achieve your goals.

As you probably agree as a business owner your time is extremely valuable, however the more the business grows, the more time you spend on administrative tasks. Often you need support, but employing someone isn’t always straightforward and comes a long list of responsibilities, for example, sick pay, maternity/paternity leave, paid holiday, training – and that’s to name only a few!

I founded PA Business Support in April 2010 at the age of 26. Our team specialise in offering a cost-effective service ensuring that the same VA is working with you at all times. We match clients and VAs, not just in terms of experience but personality too. We believe that if you enjoy who you work with, you’ll work harder and smarter.

So, how does it work?

Companies these days don’t always have office bases where they can house employees. They may not be able to afford to employ someone full time, or they may only need a few hours a week support.

With a PA Business Support VA, you receive the benefits of remote working and no employee liabilities, whilst still enjoying the loyalty and commitment that you would receive from an office based PA. Plus, as PA Business Support works as a contractor for your business, we will only invoice you for the hours worked, so essentially a VA frees up your time so you can concentrate on the core aspects of your business without costing you a fortune.

Why PA Business Support?

With a team of excellent VAs you will always received the best support for you and your business. Whether it’s for 2 hours a day or 3 days a week, we always make sure we are available to support you and make your life easier. As one of our current clients recently said “It’s beneficial because it frees up time for me to work on other things and allows me the flexibility of not having someone full time. I highly recommend using PA Business Support for a VA!”
